Classwork:

This past week was packed with testing, media center, and other fun activities. So, we are a little behind on our learning centers. However, Monday should be our last day in our current learning centers, and I will be moving students into new centers based on how they are performing and what I feel they need for CRCT review. I am in the process of creating a few more centers to meet needs that I have observed in the area of conventions.

I want to encourage you to allow your children to use the internet at home to complete practice tests and lessons on http://www.studyisland.com/. This is an excellent tool for CRCT review. As you have read, I have assigned Study Island for homework, but I know there are some students who do not have internet access in their homes. The students will have opportunity to complete those assignments on Thursday when we go to the computer lab. We are also doing daily CRCT review on Study Island as a class.
