The students' notebooks are a very important part of my classroom. Throughout the week, students will add notes, assignments, etc. to their notebooks. This information is needed everyday to complete group and individual assignments. Please make sure your child has the following in his/her notebook:                      
1) Prepositions
2) Daily Grammar Practice for the week
3) Sponges for the week
4) Grammar Vocabulary
5) Literature Terms
6) Dictionary (vocabulary words encountered while reading)
7)  Homework
8) Other notes

*At the end of each week, students turn in the DGP and Sponges.
*I take up homework each day.
*Every Friday, students take a quiz on the contents of their notebooks, as well as the concepts that were covered in their homework and classwork.

Please help your child organize their notebook so they can be successful!
